  2. You can download up to 400 messages from the message areas here.
  3.  
  4. The system will ask you what messages you want and then process them.
  5. Processing includes copying the messages to a temporary directory
  6. and compressing them for you.  
  7.  
  8. It will take about 2 minutes for all 400 messages (if you want that many)
  9. to process.  Please do not become anxious.  Just be patient and wait
  10. for the system to complete the processing.  
  11.  
  12. The system will notify you that your messages are ready by telling you
  13. a message has been left for you.  Return to the main menu and use the
  14. 'W' key for getting your waiting messages.  Once the message is displayed
  15. use the 'D' key for downloading the message archive.
  16.  
  17. You will save a great deal of online time if you use this feature 
  18. since you can read all the messages offline, compose your responses to
  19. them and upload them when you next logon.
